From personal training to running coaching, our services are tailored to serve your needs and goals! 
 

What You Can Expect From Our Services:

  • Initial Communication to evaluate your goals & needs;

  • Completion of Medical History Form to address any pre-existing injuries/conditions;

  • 20 to 30-minute Free Consultation & trial session to help you get started and assess your current fitness level;

  • Establish routine (frequency, timings) based on your availability and designed training plan;

  • Hold sessions of up to 60-minutes, each time;

  • Regular progression & goal tracking;

  • Continuous advice on lifestyle to support your wellness goals (nutrition, physiotherapy, rest & recovery, etc).
