Completion of Medical History Form to address any pre-existing injuries/conditions;

20 to 30-minute Free Consultation & trial session to help you get started and assess your current fitness level;

Establish routine (frequency, timings) based on your availability and designed training plan;

Hold sessions of up to 60-minutes, each time;

Regular progression & goal tracking;

Continuous advice on lifestyle to support your wellness goals (nutrition, physiotherapy, rest & recovery, etc).
