Hi I'm Tereza,

Your Personal Fitness Consultant!

I’m a Personal Trainer, Running Coach, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist with over a decade of experience helping people achieve their fitness goals and unlock their full potential.

 

My journey began as a professional track & field athlete, where I learned the importance of discipline, balance, and resilience—values that continue to guide my coaching approach today.

Graduating with a BSc in Physical Education & Sports Science with a specialisation in Running Athletics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, I’ve worked in Greece, London, and Cyprus in roles ranging from Personal Training and Running Coaching to Fitness Leadership in schools and athletic clubs. In London, I gained valuable experience as a PE teacher and coach at Southgate School and North Bridge House, where I developed programs for a wide range of fitness levels and needs.

Currently, I serve as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for Nea Salamina Volleyball Team, a club with a rich history of league and cup victories. My Mat Pilates certification has equipped me with specialised skills for injury recovery and rehabilitation, which I integrate into all my programs. I have a strong focus on injury prevention and longevity, ensuring that my clients stay active and healthy while progressing toward their goals.

Now based in Limassol, I offer Personal and Semi-Personal Training, Running Coaching for all levels, and Guided Self-Training Programs both on location and online.
